This analytical report touched some of the important aspects in elections in a democracy.

When certain rules are thought and formed by the Constitutional Authorities, they should analytically think each and every aspect of those rules in the implementation process and then release them. Come what may, they should be able to stand by them and leave the protesters of those rules to the courts of the land.
If a man ,aspiring to become the Prime Minister of the country, is found wanting in following those rules in any way, action under those rules should be taken without any exception. Same rules equally apply to other leaders/ persons as well. If that Constitutional Authority , CEC here, is seen circumventing those rules, public interest petitions should be filed to ensure strict implementation of the rules without fear or favour. There can not be any difference in treatment between Tom, Dick and Harry.

Your analysis does speak something which India has never done so far. As you said, pl ensure that all such leaders violating the rules are arrested and put behind bars. All those leaders of all those parties are inconsequential and can be packed to jails in the Indian context. It makes absolutely no difference to the country’s well being in any way any time whatsoever. Our country’s image is at its lowest ebb now among the comity of nations in the world. All the parties, big or small, new or old, national or regional, are a part of this unabashed destruction of our country at some point or the other for their selfish , parochial and personal interests and ends.

NRIs especially are proud of their country and it’s heritage always but at the same time they bear the brunt of this loss of image and the atrocities committed in the country. No country worth it’s salt will tolerate such crimes. But our country never attempted to safeguard the interests of the people or properties. It is an added disgrace to the country and it’s people. It is with absolute anguish that I write this comment that a time has come now that all the three branches of the Govt should call a spade a spade and protect the image and improve it substantially .

It is all the more sad because that our ancient and great country INDIA, which has offered so much to the world through its ancient heritage and scriptures , has been lagging behind in everything and has become the butt of ridicule among the respectable nations of the world.

Both print and electronic media have a great role to play in rebuilding our country to its original place of GLORY AND HONOUR. It is high time that they respect and uphold RESPONSIBLE JOURNALISM.

AM I ASPIRING THE HEAVENS OR ASKING TOO MUCH FROM MY COUNTRY TO MEND ITS WAYS AND RESTORE ITS GLORY IN THE COMITY OF NATIONS OF THE WORLD TO MAKE US ALL , THE PEOPLE OF OUR COUNTRY, PROUD WHEREVER THEY ARE?

GOD BLESS INDIA AND ITS PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY MORE DELAY.
